Every visit is by appointment, so your time here is private, peaceful, and tailored just for you.

Rescheduling is available upon request within 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled experience. Rescheduling is possible one time. If client needs to reschedule more than once, a fee of $100 will be applied. In the event of Shimers Brook Farmstead cancellation, the deposit and all payments made are refundable.

All communication regarding your session is done via email. Please make sure to provide an email address that is checked regularly. Upon booking, you should receive a confirmation email in your primary inbox. If that email goes to spam, please make sure it is marked as "not spam" so that you will receive future emails from the booking site.

• Adults (18+) must sign their own waiver.

• Kids under 18 must be with a parent.

• If kids visit with another adult, their parent must sign in advance.

• All vendors must also sign and have their own COI
